Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment to your success. Please read the following terms for cancellations and refunds of sessions. Same-day appointment = appointment scheduled on the same day it was booked. Appointments made & cancelled on the same day (Same day appointments) will NOT BE REFUNDED. Appointments cancelled up to 2 hours prior to appointment time can be cancelled with a cancellation fee of five ($5) dollars. This does not include same day appointments. Appointments cancelled within a 2 hour window of the appointment can be cancelled with a cancellation fee of half (50%) the cost of service. For example. If you booked an appointment that cost $40 and you cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment. A twenty ($20) dollar cancellation fee will apply and you will receive a twenty ($20) dollar refund. (This does not apply to Same day appointment cancellation). No-Show If you do not attend your scheduled session (online or in-person), the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Late Arrival If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late (online or in-person) without communication (and approved by the instructor), the session may be canceled and treated as a no show. After 15 minutes (without communication & instructor approval for being late), the instructor has the option to stay and wait for you or they may leave at their discretion. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show (unless other arrangements have been communicated & approved with instructor) and would be nonrefundable. Emergencies Emergencies happen! Please communicate with your instructor as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at the instructors discretion. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation & refund policy.
